So good. "I'd rather have a company bound by love than a company bound by fear." Herb Kelleher. When I search HBR business cases for the word "Love", it just doesn't show up that much. Widen the search, and an article titled "The Business Case for Love" appears. I'm thinking there isn't an implementation strategy.

Great breakdown! I actually got this exact case study in one of my courses. The lesson that stuck with me: you can't copy a single move and expect the same result. You'd have to copy the entire system, but even then it most probably won't work for you.
