Rita, I think you have hit a homer with this. We are on the same wavelength. My action research has been focused on internal honest about the state of the organization and its alignment with strategy and stated values (we should talk some time). Honesty is the best policy internally and in your relationship with customers and the world at large.

I just don't know how to think about these companies exhibiting consistently nasty behavior - lying, ripping off the company with buybacks, treating their employees like Kleenex, fibbing out their financial state to avoid being accountable for harm....the list goes on. Would love to chat some time!
